SMRC Educational Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under Section-8 of the Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013) and Rule 8-Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 with Company Information Number CIN: U85499-TS2024-NPL190007 based in Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA; where as the parent company SMRC Technologies Ltd. is a registered entity in the United Kingdom with CIN: 14499212 incorporated in November 2022 at 2 Siegen Way, Morley, Leeds, England that specializes in Software Development, Testing, Training, Consultancy, IT Recruitment, etc.
SMRC Educational Foundation under the aegis of the SMRC Technologies Ltd. shall facilitate the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of the later by implementing various Educational and Skill Development Programs focusing in Emerging Technologies, Soft Skills and Life Skills in order to empower the youth across the rural parts of India. SMRC also plans to establish a Skill Development Centre in Telangana on the promoters’ ancestral property, equipped with essential amenities. This initiative will also leverage government schemes such as Skill India Mission, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, where we are dedicated to transforming the lives of youth through education, opportunity, and personal development.
